1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wemega.in or placing an order for solar products and installation services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("Customer") and Wemega Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Services Offered

Wemega Solar offers:

  • Supply and installation of on-grid, off-grid, and hybrid rooftop solar power systems.
  • Solar submersible pumps and agricultural solar solutions.
  • Solar Atta Chakki (flour mill) systems.
  • Subsidy application assistance (PM Surya Ghar, PM-KUSUM).
  • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and after-sales support.
  • Free site survey and savings assessment.

3. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change due to government subsidy revisions, component price changes, or exchange rate fluctuations.
  • A work order is confirmed only upon receipt of an agreed advance payment and signed customer agreement.
  • The final system design may differ slightly from the initial proposal due to on-site conditions discovered during the detailed site survey.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment milestones for residential installations:

  • 30% advance on order confirmation.
  • 60% on delivery of materials to site.
  • 10% on commissioning and handing over the system.
For commercial projects, payment terms will be specified in the individual project agreement. Delayed payments may attract interest at 18% per annum.

5. Installation Timeline

Estimated installation timelines are provided in good faith. Actual timelines may be affected by:

  • Government approval and DISCOM net-metering processing times.
  • Availability of equipment and components.
  • Weather conditions, access restrictions, or force majeure events.
  • Customer-side delays (incomplete documentation, site access issues).
Wemega will not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Warranties

  • Solar Panels: 25-year performance warranty (as per manufacturer; typically ≥80% output at year 25).
  • Inverter: 5–10 years manufacturer warranty (varies by brand).
  • Battery (Hybrid): 3–10 years manufacturer warranty.
  • Workmanship: 5-year Wemega workmanship warranty covering structural integrity, roof leakage from mount points, and wiring quality.
Warranties are voided by: physical damage, tampering by unauthorised personnel, acts of God (lightning, flood, cyclone), or failure to maintain the system as advised.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate property and energy consumption information.
  • Ensure safe and unobstructed access to the installation site.
  • Obtain any society/housing board/local authority approvals before installation.
  • Not tamper with, modify, or allow unauthorised personnel to work on the system.
  • Promptly report any performance issues or system faults to Wemega.

8. Subsidy Assistance

Wemega assists customers in applying for government subsidies (PM Surya Ghar, PM-KUSUM) as a service. We do not guarantee subsidy approval, as this is at the sole discretion of the relevant government authority. Subsidy amounts are based on prevailing government guidelines, which may change. Any changes in subsidy policy after order confirmation will not affect the agreed quoted price from Wemega's end.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wemega's total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific product or service in question. Wemega will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or business interruption.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, system designs, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Wemega Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active projects, the Terms in force at the time of order confirmation will apply.
